Worked with a total of 40 Dishwasher concessions units, and I also worked with Field Return Parts. Performed root cause analysis and teardowns on the dishwasher concessions and field return parts. Communicated my findings to generate projects to mitigate current issues. Worked with Compression Load Deflection on Tub Gaskets to weekly monitor the range of CLD.
Materials Flow Co-op
August - December 2022
Worked with the Plan for Every Part (PFEP) where I added critical details such as average daily demand, inventory report, container types, and their locations, etc. Learned the process behind Material Flow, and saw how everything works from buying the materials needed to how they are manufactured and distributed to the customers.
